Memacon GmbH was founded in 2018 by CEO Moritz Beck, who recognised that the market offered software solutions but no consulting services for messenger communication and chatbots, even though these were urgently needed. With his extensive experience as a successful founder and expert in marketing, coupled with knowledge of customer service software, he was the ideal candidate to lead Memacon GmbH and realise its vision: To support companies in implementing digital messenger communication to simplify and improve the interaction between companies and customers.

We started out as a consulting company and later expanded our range to include our own products. Our early successes include major customers such as Liebherr and Aldi Suisse in the first financial year 2019, as well as important partnerships with leading software providers. The opening of new locations in Zurich and Dubai were further important steps in our development.

We strive to simplify communication between people and companies through the use of artificial intelligence, agile chatbots and messenger services such as WhatsApp. Our mission is to support companies in the use of messenger services through comprehensive knowledge, professional advice, workshops, webinars and template solutions.

Today, we are an innovative consulting company in the fields of messenger communication, chatbots and artificial intelligence. With the aim of expanding our team and opening new locations in Singapore, we are looking forward to a promising future. The publication of a new masterclass on messenger communication and chatbots is planned for 2024, as well as the development and distribution of further innovative in-house and third-party products.
